People always say, “Robin, you never meet a stranger”!
I love meeting people as well as engaging with new and old friends. May father always called me his little missionary, and very early in my life encouraged me to use my gift of SERVING.
My heart is truly geared toward serving our students, faculty, and staff at Erskine Theological Seminary and even beyond these institutional walls. I know that God has given this gift to be used for his glory, and I have been fortunate enough to serve Erskine for nearly 20 years. Sometimes serving might be in the form of recruiting students, or listening to and helping with concerns, encouragement to staff, supporting our faculty, and sometimes providing food and snacks for everybody.
In the role as Director of Recruitment and Enrollment, it allows me the privilege of being an instrument to encourage and nurture students who feel the need to fulfill the call they have been given into ministry by God. It brings great joy as I watch our graduates cross that stage to enter a world that needs to hear about OUR Savior.
When not at Erskine Seminary, I love serving the Church in various ways, leading women’s studies, speaking at various churches, teaching Sunday School, and for almost 25 years working in youth ministries. In my spare time, I enjoy event planning, directing weddings, cooking, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and walking my four-legged baby, Jack!
So much of the scriptures speak to my heart, but if I had to choose one that is my life verse it would be:
Lamentations 3:22-23, Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Robin has studied Business/Office Administration as well as serving the Palmetto Leadership Team in Abbeville County through Clemson University. She has also completed a certificate in Advanced Personnel Training through the College of Business and Public Affairs at Clemson University. She is recognized through the State of South Carolina in Outstanding Leadership, trained and certified in Presentation Skills, Staff Development & Training, Management Training, Leadership Challenge Training, Non-violent Crisis Intervention, Supervisory Skills.
