Bee was born in Nashville, TN, and raised in a Presbyterian home. His mother was the rock of his faith foundation, God rest her soul in heaven. Bee’s wife is Mercedes. They have three sons and two grandsons. After acquiring two business degrees, Bee taught at Drake University for two semesters before joining IBM Corporation, where he held sales, management, and executive positions. He was elected as a school board member in a large school district in the Denver area and served there for over five years. Bee joined Acxiom Corporation as the sales operations executive, serving for nearly three years. Bee is a Board Certified Chaplain. Bee and Mercedes now live just outside Belton, SC, in what they call their “sanctuary of peace.”
