Rev. Seth J. Nelson is the Executive Director of Erskine Greenville, the Seminary’s extension site. He is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), having previously served for ten years in two local congregations. He loves to teach and pastor (new and developing) pastors, by exploring together how to facilitate the formation of Kingdom-hearted, gospel-loving disciples of Jesus Christ. His doctoral research explores how seminary faculty serve as facilitators of their student’s whole-person transformation toward maturity in Christ. Seth also serves as the Scholar in Residence for the C.S. Lewis Institute Greenville. He lives in Greenville with his wife, Heather, and their twin daughters, Lucia and Alethia.
